Good Morning
Quick background, new to job 6 months in and neither of the service controllers for the MSA are responding. SSH hangs to both SC and so does serial connection. HP support are telling us to create a backup of everything and pull the power to both Service Controllers.
This is something evidently that most of us never have experience of, but has anyone had experience of an ungraceful power outage on an MSA?
Other than ensuring there is a backup of everything, is there anything else I need to remember before pulling the power.
